By way of a brief introduction, Corrib Holdings are a development company that works in partnership with large national housebuilders, Housing Associations, Care Providers and Regeneration Companies, and we have been tasked with identifying potential development sites in the North Staffordshire area North West, Midlands and South Cheshire with currently just under 1000 Homes in planning.

2026 Will be another good year at Corrib Holdings with a
number of strategic sites in the pipeline that will deliver
circa 1,200 homes.

Development potential of your land?

Confidentially we’ll discuss the opportunity to explore this with you and then review number of options through which we could explore to unlock the development potential or of your Land and secure the best possible outcome, including:

  • Conditional Sale
    Acquisition of the property conditionally subject to gaining full planning permission, this would give you a better price for the land based on what can be developed.
  • Joint Venture
    We would prepare a planning feasibility study for the site, determine can be achieved with the property, and develop the scheme out based on a profit share arrangement.
  • Option Agreement/Planning Promotion Agreement
    If your land is considered to have long-term development potential, we could look to enter into an Option Agreement or Planning Promotion Agreement which would provide us with the opportunity to work the site through the planning system with a view to acquiring it at an agreed price by an agreed date, or through securing best value once a planning permission is secured.
